Automatic Recurring Billing Agreement:

Frequency of Payments:

An automatic recurring payment will be made every month (“Monthly Payment”) for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will also receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. For example, if you sign up on June 5th, your next automatic recurring payment would occur on July 5th. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment but you will receive post-payment confirmation by email.

Automatic Recurring Payment Failure:

If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will lose access to your service. When or if the payment is made, service can be reinstated.

Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment:

You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. Cancellation must be made prior to renewal date to avoid being charged for the next renewal. Failure to cancel before your renewal grants you access to another month of service, and can not be refunded. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment, email us at hello@thisishermarketing.com at least 48 hours in advance of your payment.

Refunds:

Her Marketing does not offer refunds on subscriptions. Her Marketing does not offer a money back guarantee. If there are any issues due to our own mistakes at any point during your subscription, we will extend your subscription for any days your campaign was effected.

Access to Agreement:

To access this Agreement in the future through Her Marketing website, go to the home page footer and click on “Terms of Service”.

AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS:

By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize Her Marketing to charge the full amount required by my plan (once every month) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method to charge or debit my account and remit payment. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.

Termination:

By You: Upon sign up, you reserve the right to cancel your Subscription at anytime, without reason. Services will continue through remainder of last paid subscription month.

By Her Marketing: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Reviews And Public Usage:

If asked for a review of our service, Her Marketing has the right to utilize reviews publicly on our website unless asked to remain confidential. If contacted we can remove reviews within 24 hours.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gerogia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Accuracy of materials:

The materials on Her Marketing website may contain errors. Furthermore, Her Marketing reserves the right to update or change any material on the website at any time without notice.

Limitations:

In no event will Her Marketing be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided by Her Marketing, even if Her Marketing or a authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Warranty:

Under no circumstance are any warranties whatsoever included with any services or products provided by Her Marketing.

Upon sign up with Her Marketing, you allow Her Marketing to act as your Account Manager to grow your following, engagement, and exposure. *Select packages only

Upon cancellation of your subscription, and after the remainder of your paid subscription, you will lose all access to Her Marketing services.
